Founded in 2024, Two Fingers Studio are one of the newest faces in Vietnam’s growing 3D art outsourcing scene. Based in Hanoi, the 15-person team delivers high-quality 3D modeling, rigging, and animation services for both indie developers and larger international partners.
Most of the team came from OneUniverse Studio, where they contributed to projects for major publishers such as NetEase and Netmarble. Now, as their own studio, they’re building a culture that values respect, transparency, and family-like collaboration. They believe this will set them apart in a market often focused purely on delivery, output, and cost.

A Studio Born from Change
Two Fingers was formed after OneUniverse closed its Hanoi office in 2023, prompting a group of eight artists to strike out on their own. The idea came when Nathan, now CEO, called his longtime friend Ethan, saying, “Let’s do something crazy.”
For Ethan, who came from an architecture background, and Nathan, a well-respected leader among his former colleagues, the transition felt natural. Many of the former teammates quickly joined the venture, creating a tight-knit team that blends years of shared experience with a new energy. They’re a small team but they treat eachother like family, Ethan tells me.
The name Two Fingers represents a higher purpose, inspired by The Two Fingers in Elden Ring who are: “Vassals to the Greater Will, and the Lands Between”.
“Two Fingers was founded by a group of talented artists. We have made significant contributions to numerous video game projects worldwide over the past few years. We have many years of experience with expertise spanning various fields in outsourcing services for diverse projects, different artistic styles, and various processes.

3D Art Outsourcing with a Personal Touch
Two Fingers offers a full spectrum of 3D art services, including stylized and realistic modeling, rigging, and animation for props, environments, and characters. Their team also provides concept art and 2D design support, helping guide projects from early ideation to production.
Their website gallery highlights a variety of high-quality work—sculpts like Lion Captain, stylized pieces such as Spider-Man HipHop Graffiti Style, and complex hard-surface weapons, all showcasing their attention to workflow and detail. While their NDA-bound client list remains confidential, their previous OneUniverse work included large-scale outsourcing projects for AAA-level publishers.
Most current clients find them via LinkedIn and social networks, but Two Fingers is now expanding into outbound efforts.

Positioning in a Competitive Market
Vietnam has become a hotspot for 3D art outsourcing, and Two Fingers sees its competitive advantage in combining affordable pricing with AAA-quality results. Unlike many studios that focus exclusively on large-scale projects, Two Fingers balances complex, high-standard work with the flexibility to take on smaller, quicker-turnaround assignments, making them a strong partner for both indie developers and major studios.
Their short-term goal is to solidify their reputation through outsourcing, but their ambitions don’t stop there. In the long run, they aim to develop their own games and explore opportunities in the 3D printing market—particularly figurines. This diversification could give them a unique edge in Vietnam’s maturing game development ecosystem.
What’s Next for Two Fingers
